Genesis 22:5
Then Abraham said to his young men, “Stay here with the donkey; I and the boy will go over there and worship and come again to you.” [first use of the word for “worship” in the Bible]
Exodus 20:2–3

2 Chronicles 20:21

for His steadfast love endures forever.”
Ezra 3:10–11
And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, the priests in their vestments came forward with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise the LORD, according to the directions of David king of Israel. And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the LORD,
“For He is good,

And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.
Nehemiah 9:5
“You are the LORD, You alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and You preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships You.”
Esther 4:14
The Jews firmly obligated themselves and their offspring and all who joined them, that without fail they would keep these two days according to what was written and at the time appointed every year, that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, in every clan, province, and city, and that these days of Purim should never fall into disuse among the Jews, nor should the commemoration of these days cease among their descendants.
